Please take notice that on January 11, 2020 or shortly thereafter Thomas Warichak will be taking legal action against you to recover money damages.
Thomas Warichak is owed 180 DVD’s which he has never received. Additionally, Mr Warichak is still owed 12 DVD’s due to defective products.
To avoid legal action you are required to deliver the above stated property on or prior to January 11 2020.
No additional notice will be given prior to taking legal action against you and your company.
